How much does a session cost?
Sessions are £120 and last approximately 50 minutes.

How do I pay for sessions?
Payment can be made by bank transfer or cash. Details will be provided when your appointment is confirmed.
When do I need to make payment?
Payment is typically required in advance of your session or on the day, depending on the arrangement agreed at booking.
Do you accept private health insurance?
Yes, we work with a number of major insurers, including Bupa, AXA, Aviva, and Vitality. If you plan to use insurance, we recommend checking your cover and obtaining an authorisation code in advance.
Can I use insurance for all sessions?
This depends on your individual policy. Some insurers cover a set number of sessions or require review after a certain period. We are happy to guide you through this.
What is your cancellation policy?
We ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be charged at the full session fee.
Are there any additional costs?
There are no hidden fees. Any additional work, such as reports or letters, would always be discussed and agreed with you in advance.
Can I switch between self-funding and insurance?
